Levitation

Floating in the living room on a normal night... I liked doing this project because its funny and taught me more about using the lasso tool.

Blur

This project taught me how to work with the shutter speed. It was hard to think of ideas of how to blur though. I had a hard time with the panning blur because I couldn't get the object I was trying to keep still.. stay still. This was so far, one of my favorite projects and I would do it again if I had more ideas of what to photograph.

Light

During this project, I had many struggles. It's hard to find the right lighting in some situations and sometimes would take awhile. I discovered that the silhouette photos were the easiest ones to photograph. I just hung up a white sheet in my room, put a lamp behind it and had my friend do poses behind it. Another thing I struggled with is figuring out what poses I should have the people I photograph do. I feel like every picture I take is too similar. I discovered how to take a direct like photo and how to make a shadow without the sun. I learned that I should take more time doing my photos and should have done more outside because I find nature so interesting to take photos of since it already does the poses for you. It's just hard to get daytime light during the week since my practice after school doesn't get over till dark and when I leave for school in the morning it's also dark. Overall, this project was a huge learning experience and was bittersweet.

360 Panoramas (Absent)

I took this photo on the road you drive on before you pull up to my driveway at my house.
I had cheer during the week every day and by the time I got home it was very
dark so I went home during lunch and took this photo one day. I think it turned
out pretty well even though it took lots of time to edit.

I took this on the turf at school and am really happy on how
it turned out. It was hard to edit but worth it in the end!

I took this photo of my house and shop. It was the most difficult to edit and I
wish I would have included more sky which would have made it more easy.
But in this location, it was hard to try to also incorporate the sky.

180 Panorama (Absent)

I thought this project in the end turned out pretty cool. It was frustrating because my camera took the photos kind of with a different lighting for every photo so I had to clone stamp a lot of it. It was also hard to think of poses to do.

Self Scan

This was fun to do. I would have never thought of using a scanner as a camera before
so it wasn't something new and cool I learned. It would be fun to do it again
